HOW TO SPA

The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first time and regular clientele.

It is the responsibility of the client to express treatment expectations prior to the start of all session. Your therapist will revise your treatment to meet your expectations. If we feel we cannot meet your expectations, we will advise you before the treatment commences and cancel your session.

VALUABLES
We have lockers available for you to use but we recommend that you do not bring any valuable items with you as we do not accept any liability for the loss, damage or theft of personal items.

YOUNG SPA-ERS
No persons under the age of 16 are permitted. Contact us to discuss skin treatments for teenagers accompanied by an adult.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES
24 hour notification of cancellation is required for all services. A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment booked will be applied if not cancelled within 24 hours.
A cancellation fee of 15% is applied to all credit / debit  card refunds.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

No show appointments are counted as a used session without a 12 hour advance cancellation notice.

Colonic Hydrotherapy sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Clients who arrive late may have the time taken off their treatment or may not be able to accommodate at all.

TERMINATE TREATMENT

If for any reason you would like to terminate a treatment in progress, please notify your therapist within the first 15min of your treatment. If you terminate a treatment after this time, you will be responsible to pay for the treatment or service in full.

                NO REFUNDS will be made for services provided.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you are unhappy about a service please notify a member of staff before leaving the premises so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible. In most cases management will offer to carry out the treatment again free of charge.

PARKING
Visitors are welcome to use the free parking bays on the side of the premises on Parrswood Road.

EXHALE GIFT VOUCHERS
Please present Gift Voucher when you arrive.
We cannot redeem vouchers that are lost or stolen.
Vouchers can only be redeemed on day of treatment.
