Exhale Therapy are proud to have the Ultra Cleanse Colon Hydrotherapy System LIBBE. This is a  self administered colonic and is very simple, safe, comfortable, and a hygienic way to irrigate the colon. It is quiet, comfortable, relaxing, and best of all it takes less time than most other methods. Our colonics system is a new state of the art system designed to offer you total privacy. No direct contact with your therapist is required. During the treatment you can relax, listen to music or watch TV. Having colonics will reduce fat from hard to hit areas and effectively detox your body of toxins.

Colonic hydrotherapy involves gently infusing the colon with temperature and pressure controlled water, to flush and eliminate impacted or built up waste matter in the colon. This practice has been known for centuries having evolved from ancient Egyptian times as a means to increase vitality, health, well-being and beauty.

Colonic hydrotherapy is also known as colonic irrigation or colonic cleansing. Whilst the names may differ, the underlying concept is the same and the results are exceptional.

The colon is the final stage in the human digestive system. It is responsible for extracting water, minerals and electrolytes from faecal matter before it is eliminated from the body. Good bacteria and intestinal flora are present, which help this process. In cases where the colon’s ability to function properly is suppressed, some toxins remain inside, and are able to be re-absorbed by the body. This can cause a negative cascade of effects if not treated.

With so many harmful environmental factors these days such as excess stress, poor food quality and lack of exercise, it is no wonder that more people are beginning to discover the many benefits of colonic hydrotherapy.

At Exhale Therapy, we are proud to be able to bring you the exclusive ‘Libbe’ colonic hydrotherapy system, which is far safer, more comfortable and relaxing than the current alternatives. Ultra cleanse is the ultimate detox.

Our first priority is to provide our clients with a comfortable, private, and inviting atmosphere to have their treatments in.

What is a Libbe Colon Hydrotherapy open system?
The Libbe device open system is considered to be the Rolls Royce of Colon Hydrotherapy treatment devices, providing more privacy, dignity and efficacy whilst offering the client a more relaxing, safe and comfortable treatment session. This system allows the client and or qualified nurse therapist more control of their treatment. One distinct advantage with the Libbe device is the pencil-thin rectal tube, which clients find extremely comfortable. One of the key factors is that your privacy is protected at all times, since the specially designed bed allows you to easily insert the lubricated thin rectal tube by yourself. Many people find this deeply reassuring and comforting. Once the water flow is turned on, there is no need to interrupt the cleanse. Your colon will gently take in as much water as it can tolerate. When you feel the need to evacuate, you simply release. Because of the continuous inflow and release during the treatment, the body’s own muscles are used to provide a more natural, gentle release. At the same time, the peristalsis (action of the muscles of the colon) is greatly stimulated and this provides an excellent workout for the colon.

What can I expect from Colon Hydrotherapy?
Colon Hydrotherapy is not a cure, but a valuable procedure used to assist, the body for a wide variety of different colon-related conditions. By re-toning the bowel wall and improving colon functions, the entire body is able to function more efficiently.

How many sessions are recommended?
We offer a bespoke treatment plan best suited to the individual’s condition and needs.

Is Colon Hydrotherapy painful?
Only in the case of an impacted colon you may experience a slight discomfort. Some cramping may occur as the colon contracts to expel waste. Once the major impaction is removed, you will find the session pleasant and relaxing.

Is Colon Hydrotherapy Safe?
Colon Hydrotherapy is safe provided you do not have any contraindications (see below) and you visit a qualified practitioner which at a minimum is qualified as a Colon Hydrotherapist from one of the many associations worldwide. We do recommend always having colon hydrotherapy in a clinical setting especially if you suffer from constipation, bloating, irritable bowel syndrome or you suspect any digestive conditions. There are adverse effects and risks should you not be suitable or should the treatment not be performed correctly.
